Villa Carlotta and Grand Hotel Tremezzo very walkable (if able). hop on the ferry in Cadenabbia direct to Bellagio or Varenna. Tremezzo ferry 20 min to Como centro. Menaggio just 5 min drive or one ferry stop to the North. MOR beach club too. Stop in the visitor center in Menaggio main square for all things to do in and around the lake
